  • Don’t do any strenuous activities for a few weeks.
  • Don't drive cars or ride scooters until you feel comfortable and your vision stability.
  • Follow your doctor’s orders regarding any antibiotic and anti-inflammatory eye drops. These are important to prevent infection and inflammation and ensure proper healing.
  • Avoid dirty and dusty environments for at least 1week.
  • Don’t rub your eyes for at least 3 months.
  • Avoid pools, spa, hot tubs, hot spring and beaches for at least 3 months.
  • No eye makeup for at least a week.
  • No smoking.
  • Take high-fiber food, fruits, vegetables and high-protein food.
  • Take health supplements: DHA, fish oil, Lutein(5-10mg/day) and Benfotiamine.
  • It is normal that have mild eye pain at the first day after surgery, but if the pain is severe, or it causes you to have a headache or vomit, please contact us immediately.
